On October 29, 2020, at 12:03 a.m., State Police responded to a one-vehicle roll-over crash that occurred at the intersection of East Taft Road and Totman Road in Cicero.

The investigation has revealed a 2019 Subaru Outback, operated by Christopher Hemberger was traveling south on Totman Road at a high rate of speed when he failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection with East Taft Road.  The vehicle crossed all four lanes, exited the south shoulder of the roadway, and collided with an earth embankment causing it to overturn and coming to rest on the driver’s side.

Christopher M. Hemberger, age 34 from Clay, NY was arrested for DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree, Speeding and Failure to stop for a stop sign. He was transported to the Onondaga County Justice Center pending arraignment.
