PRESS RELEASE

On December 31, 2019, State Police arrested 27-year-old Jesse A. Foster of Clifton Park, for two counts of Forcible Touching, an A misdemeanor.
 
Shortly before 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, a State Trooper who was conducting a traffic stop on State Route 146 in Clifton Park, was approached by a female Uber driver who asked for help removing a passenger from her vehicle.
 
Jesse Foster is accused groping the driver and subjecting her to unwanted sexual contact as she provided him a ride home. The victim saw the Trooper while on the trip to Foster’s home and pulled over to get help.
 
When the Trooper approached the victim’s car and asked Foster to step out, the man became belligerent. State Police took Foster into custody without incident, and transported him to SP Clifton Park for processing.
 
Foster was released on an appearance ticket, he is due back in Clifton Park Town Court on January 8, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
