On November 9, 2019, State Police in Clifton Park arrested 26-year-old Adam Concepcion Jr. of Clifton Park, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor), Unlawfully Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree (A misdemeanor), and Reckless Driving (misdemeanor).

At approximately 10:48 p.m. on Saturday, State Police attempted to stop a vehicle operated by Concepcion for a series of traffic infractions as he travelled on State Route 9 in Halfmoon. Concepcion refused to pull over for a traffic stop, and a pursuit was initiated.  Troopers were able to get Concepcion stopped a short time later, and he was taken into custody without incident. During a search of his person he was also found to be in possession of a quantity of Xanax.

Concepcion was processed at SP Clifton Park and released on an appearance ticket. He is due in Halfmoon Town Court on November 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
