Albany, NY – On September 18, 2020, at approximately 5:35 p.m., State Police received a report of an erratic vehicle traveling southbound on I-87 in the city of Albany.  Troopers observed the vehicle and performed a traffic stop due to multiple vehicle and traffic violations.  The driver of the vehicle, Julianne E. Wilson, 39, of Clinton, NY, was found to be intoxicated and had a suspended license. 


Wilson was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Albany where her blood alcohol content was determined to be .20%.  She was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree; a Class E Felony.


Wilson was released to a sober third party and issued appearance tickets returnable to the City of Albany Court on October 7, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
