On May 13th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Jillian Carris-Davis, 35, of Clymer, for DWI-Leandra’s Law and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 426 in Clymer. Investigation revealed that Carris-Davis was driving north on Route 426 when she exited the west shoulder of the roadway and became stuck in a ditch. No injuries were reported after Carris-Davis and her minor passenger were evaluated by Clymer EMS. Carris-Davis was placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs and transported to SP Jamestown where she provided a breath sample of .10. Carris-Davis was then processed, issued tickets and released. Carris-Davis is scheduled to appear in the town of French Creek Court on a later date to answer the charges.
