On April 5th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Jacob Troyer, 19, of Clymer, for Driving While Intoxicated.
The Troopers responded to Pork Road in Clymer for a report of a vehicle off the road. Troyer was determined to be the driver, placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs and transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .12. Troyer was then processed, issued tickets and released. Troyer is scheduled to appear in the town of French Creek on a later date. Troyer was uninjured during the incident.
