On Friday, April 15, 2022, Investigators from SP North Syracuse arrested 33 -year-old William H. Harrison from Liverpool, NY, for Rape 1st degree (class “B” felony), Sexual Abuse 1st degree (class “D” felony), and Rape 3rd degree (class “E” felony).
The arrest stemmed from a complaint filed with the New York State Police in which the now-adult victim stated that in 2017, while she was sixteen (16) years old, Mr. Harrison forcibly sexually assaulted her at his music studio, “Music in the Air,” located in the Village of North Syracuse.
Mr. Harrison is known to have taught Music and mentored youth in the greater Syracuse area for several years prior to this arrest.
