Colorado pair arrested on multiple charges after Wellsville pursuit

On September 2, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Dylan Davis, 35, and Fallon D. Gander, 29, both of Aurora, CO. Davis was charged with Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, and Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer 3rd Degree. Gander was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree.

Troopers investigating a complaint of a suspicious vehicle on Duffy Hollow Road in the town of Wellsville discovered the vehicle was stolen from Colorado. Davis, the driver, fled in the vehicle from the scene, leading Troopers on a short pursuit in the town and village of Wellsville, ultimately ending when he lost control of the vehicle on State Route 417 at the town of Wellsville, town of Andover line and collided with a concrete barrier.

Davis and Gander were both arrested and arraigned in Allegany County Court, where they were remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail, as they are wanted as fugitives from justice from Colorado.
