Austerlitz, New York – On December 15, 2020, the New York State Police Violent Gang and Narcotic Enforcement Team (VGNET) in conjunction with the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tanner J. Rivenburgh, age 25, of Austerlitz, Joseph J. Zeoli, age 32, of Greenport, NY, and Floyd L. Dallas, age 41, of Philmont, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, and  Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree with intent to sell, both class B felonies.

Subsequent to an investigation by the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office and the NYSP VGNET a traffic stop was conducted on a 2020 Subaru Impreza, on State Route 203 in the town of Austerlitz.  Further investigation discovered the occupants were in possession of approximately 493 grams of Fentanyl.

All three subjects were arraigned before the town of Livingston Court and released on their own recognizance.  All three subjects are scheduled to appear before the town of Austerlitz Court on March 24, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
