Mamaroneck, NY – On March 21, 2020, at approximately 1:00 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-95 in the village of Mamaroneck, for multiple vehicle and traffic violations.  The driver of the vehicle, Yomner W. Figueroa Vega, 31, of Stratford, CT, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP New Rochelle where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.21%. 

 

Figueroa Vega was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.  He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Village of Mamaroneck Court on May 14, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
