Sullivan, NY – On August 2, 2020, at approximately 6:15 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Sullivan for traveling 106 mph in a 65 mph zone.  Upon interviewing the driver, probable cause to search the vehicle was established.  The driver, Carlo M. Matos, 25, of Meriden, CT, was found to be in possession of approximately 4.4 ounces of marijuana. 


Matos was taken into custody and transported to SP Syracuse where he was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 4th degree; a Class A Misdemeanor. 


He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Sullivan Court on September 22, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
