Coudersport man arrested for on drug and alcohol charges in Yorkshire

On October 27, 2019, SP Machias Troopers arrested Ronald Harris, 48, of Coudersport, PA for Criminal Possession of Marihuana 4th Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, and Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on a Highway.

During a traffic checkpoint on State Route 16 in the town of Yorkshire, Troopers discovered Harris to be in possession of approximately six ounces of marijuana and an open container of an alcoholic beverage. Harris’s license was also found to be revoked. Harris was then arrested and transported to SP Machias for processing.

Harris was released with appearance tickets for Yorkshire Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
