On April 7, 2020, at approximately 1:32 a.m., State Police responded to 60 Bouck Street in the village of Dannemora for a report of a motor vehicle crash. An investigation at the scene revealed that a 2012 GMC Canyon operated by 22-year-old Brian S. Miller Jr., of Dannemora, was turning from Emmons Street onto Bouck Street when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a 2012 Honda Civic parked at 60 Bouck Street. The force of the collision caused the Honda to strike a garage that it was parked in front of. Miller was subsequently arrested for DWI. His blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.13%. Miller was charged with DWI and released with tickets returnable to the Dannemora Village Court.
