On March 10, 2023, Members of the Community Stabilization Unit arrested Dwight R. Williams, 44 of Lockport, NY and Dillon S. Smith, 31 of Lockport, NY. Williams was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd – previous conviction. Smith had seven outstanding warrants.
On March 9, 2023, the Community Stabilization Unit developed information regarding two wanted subjects identified as Williams and Smith, both of Lockport, New York. Both were located and arrested at Royal Parkway South in the town of Lockport. Williams was in possession of a loaded Jimenez Arms 9mm pistol. Both subjects were transported to SP Lockport for processing. Both transported and remanded to Niagara County Jail for centralized arraignment.
