Crown Point male arrested stemming from a domestic dispute

PRESS RELEASE
 On November 20, 2022, Troopers arrested Dennis J. Gabree Jr., 32 of Crown Point, NY for aggravated harassment 2nd, and criminal contempt 2nd. 

 

On November 20, 2022, around 10:15 a.m., Troopers responded to Sugar Hill Road in the town of Crown Point for a domestic dispute.  An investigation determined Gabree Jr. and the victim were involved in a verbal argument regarding him not leaving the residence.  Gabree Jr. is not allowed to go or speak to the victim due to having an active order of protection in place.  After Gabree Jr. left the residence, he contacted the victim via telephone and made a threatening remark.

Gabree Jr. was arrested and transported to SP Schroon Lake for processing.  He was arraigned in the Town of Crown Point Court where he was released on his own recognizances.
