On September 21, 2020, State Police responded to the Sunoco on River Street in the town of Elizabethtown for a report of criminal mischief to the building.  At approximately 6 a.m., employees observed several windows that were smashed out of the building. 

Subsequent to an investigation, State Police arrested 25-year-old Devin M. McCoy of Crown Point. He was charged with Criminal Mischief 2nd degree, a class D felony. McCoy was arraigned at the Moriah Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is to reappear in the Elizabethtown Court at a later date.
