PRESS RELEASE

On January 26th, 2021, New York State Troopers arrested Kevin Goodemote, 64, of Dayton, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree.

The Troopers pulled Goodemote over on South Dayton Silver Creek Road in South Dayton for traffic violations and after failing several SFSTs, Goodemote was placed under arrest. Goodemote was transported to SP Fredonia where he provided a breath sample of .17. As Goodemote’s driving record revealed a DWI conviction within the preceding 10 years, the charge was upgraded to a felony. Goodemote was additionally charged with AUO 1st Degree as his driving priviliges in New York had been revoked for an alcohol-related offense. Goodemote was processed, issued tickets, and is scheduled to appear in the town of Villenova Court on a later date.
