Buffalo, NY – On April 29, 2022, at approximately 8:15 p.m., State Police responded to a one car motor vehicle accident on I-190 in the city of Buffalo.  The investigation revealed a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck struck the end of a guiderail causing extensive front-end damage.     The uninjured driver, Nicholas J. Hanrahan, 30, of Depew, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  

Hanrahan was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Buffalo, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.26%.  He was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.

Hanrahan was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Buffalo Court on May 9, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.
