Major Edward J. Kennedy
Troop A Commander

On September 3rd, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Julia Johnson, 42, of Dewittville, for Non-support of a Child 1st Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

The Troopers received a call regarding a possible neglect case involving a minor child.  Investigation revealed that the child had dozens of unexcused absences at school and was living with a non-custodial third party for approximately eight months, during which time child support was never provided by Johnson.  Johnson was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed.  Johnson was then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
