Troopers were dispatched by Delaware County 911 to the report of a domestic dispute on County Road 16 in the town of Franklin.  A victim told troopers that they were involved in an argument that turned physical.  The victim described that the argument was verbal while they were in a vehicle but it turned physical at the residence.  Two children, age 14 were present during the altercation.

Troopers located Ambrose in a wooded area near the residence and when they attempted to take him into custody, he disregarded the trooper’s commands and resisted arrest.  He was subsequently arrested and processed.  Ambrose was arraigned virtually then released on his own recognizance.  He’s scheduled to appear in the town of Franklin court on June 11, 2020.
