On September 13, 2019, Members of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles along with New York State Police Members conducted an underage fraudulent/fictitious license (fake ID) check with the cooperation of The Steer Restaurant & Saloon located on Main St. in the City of Buffalo.
            Approximately 250 licenses were checked and 11 subjects were found to be in violation of section 509-6 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law, Use of a Fictitious/Fraudulent license.  They were released to return to the Buffalo Traffic Violations Agency at a later date.
            One of the subjects, Sheva L. Bhoge, 20, of Schenectady, NY was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th after a small amount of cocaine was observed in his possession. Bhoge was held at Buffalo Police HQ awaiting arraignment.
