Domestic dispute leads to arrest in Willsboro

On March 20, 2023, State Police members arrested Timmy L. Aubin Jr., age 40 of Willsboro, NY for burglary 2nd, menacing 3rd, stalking 4th, aggravated harassment 2nd, and petit larceny. 

On March 19, 2023, around 8:55 p.m., Troopers responded to Fish and Game Drive in the town of Willsboro for a report of a domestic.  An investigation determined, Aubin arrived at the residence, made entry into the residence without having permission.  Aubin was following the victim around the residence yelling and making threatening statements.  The victim contacted law enforcement, but Aubin left the residence prior to their arrival.  While the Troopers were interviewing the victim, Aubin continued to send multiple text messages, some being threatening, and the victim realized a new surveillance camera was no longer there.  

Aubin was located, arrested and transported to SP Lewis for processing.  He was arraigned in Town of Lewis Court and remanded to Essex County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail and $2,000 bond.
