On July 23, 2019, State Police in Granville arrested 33-year-old Lynn M. Panoushek of Dresden, for Failure To Provide Proper Sustenance.
 
On July 18, 2019, Troopers responded to a residence in the town of Dresden for a report of animal neglect. Upon arriving, the patrol observed a horse in a small pasture on the property, that appeared to be severely malnourished. After a veterinarian evaluated the animal it was determined that the horse was extremely emaciated and suffering from a bacterial infection. The owner of the animal, Panoushek, was taken into custody and transported to SP Granville for processing.
 
Panoushek was issued an appearance ticket, she is due back in Dresden Town Court on August 15, 2019 at 7:00p.m.
