PRESS RELEASE

On April 4th, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Jeffrey Holmberg, 29, of Dunkirk, for Felony Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree.

Holmberg was pulled over on Route 60 in Gerry for a traffic violation and after failing several SFSTs, Holmberg was placed under arrest. Drugs and a digital scale containing drug residue were located inside Holmberg’s vehicle.
