PRESS RELEASE
 
On April 11th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Brian Wilson, 40, of Warren, PA, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
 
Wilson was pulled over for committing traffic violations on Route 60 in Jamestown and after failing several SFSTs, Wilson was placed under arrest. Wilson was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of a Central Nervous System stimulant. Wilson was then processed, issued tickets and released. Wilson is scheduled to appear in the town of Kiantone Court on a later date.
