PRESS RELEASE
 
On May 13th, 2021, New York State Police arrested Donald Darling, 48, of Columbus, Ohio, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
 
Darling was pulled over for a seatbelt violation on Route 20 in Brant and after failing several SFSTs, Darling was placed under arrest. Darling was transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital where he provided a blood sample. Darling was then transported to SP Fredonia where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of a Central Nervous System Depressant and Cannabis. Darling was processed, issued tickets and released. Darling is scheduled to appear in the town of Brant court next month.
