PRESS RELEASE
 
On February 7th, 2021, New York State Troopers arrested Joshua Granger, 37, of South Dayton, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
 
The Troopers pulled Granger over for a traffic violation at the intersection of Route 249 and Versailles Plank Road in Brant and after failing several SFSTs, Granger was placed under arrest. Granger was transported to SP Collins where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of a Central Nervous System Stimulant and a narcotic. After securing a blood sample at Brooks Memorial Hospital, Granger was processed and issued tickets. Granger is scheduled to appear in the town of Brant Court next month.
