PRESS RELEASE
 
On June 19th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Joey Stutzman, 26, of Jamestown, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
 
Stutzman was pulled over on Route 60 in Gerry for committing several traffic violations. While speaking with Stutzman, the Troopers observed multiple signs of impairment consistent with recent marijuana use. Stutzman also admitting to snorting a Hydrocodone pill approximately an hour prior to driving. Stutzman was placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs, transported to SP Jamestown and processed. Stutzman was issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Gerry Court on a later date.
