PRESS RELEASE
 
On August 13th, 2021, New York State Troopers arrested Tanner Moquin, 26, of Silver Creek, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
 
Moquin was pulled over on Routes 5 and 20 in Irving for a suspended registration and after failing several SFSTs, Moquin was placed under arrest. Moquin was transported to SP Fredonia where he was evaluated by a New York Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of cannabis. Moqiun refused to provide a urine sample. Moquin was then processed and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
