On April 10th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Tyler Boozel, 22, of Erie, PA, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Boozel was pulled over for speeding on Route 60 in Jamestown and after failing several SFSTs, Boozel was placed under arrest. Boozel was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of cannabis. A blood sample was obtained from Boozel at UPMC Hospital in Jamestown. Boozel was then transported back to SP Jamestown where he was processed, issued ticket and released. Boozel is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court next month.
