PRESS RELEASE
 
On May 13th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Daniel Visker, 35, of Conewango Valley, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
 
Visker was pulled over on Route 394 in Randolph for traffic violations and after failing several SFSTs, Visker was placed under arrest. Visker was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be un the influence of a Central Nervous System stimulant and a narcotic. Visker was transported to UPMC Hospital in Jamestown and provided a blood sample. Visker was then transported back to SP Jamestown where he was processed, issued tickets and released. Visker is scheduled to appear in the town of Randolph Court on a later date.
