On April 6th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Richard McLarney, 33, of Randolph, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
McLarney was pulled over for a traffic violation on Main Street in Randolph and after failing several SFSTs, McLarney was placed under arrest. McLarney was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of a Central Nervous System stimulant. After securing a blood sample from McLarney at UPMC Hospital in Jamestown, McLarney was transported back to SP Jamestown where he was processed and released with tickets. McLarney is scheduled to appear in the town of Randolph Court next month.
