PRESS RELEASE
 
On May 21st, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Raymond Corcoran, 74, of Fredericktown, PA, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
 
Corcoran was pulled over on I-86 in Sherman for driving erratically and during the traffic stop, multiple signs of opiate impairment were observed by the Troopers. Corcoran was placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs and transported to UPMC Hospital in Jamestown where he provided a blood sample. Corcoran was then processed at SP Jamestown, issued tickets and released. Corcoran is scheduled to appear in the town of Sherman Court next month.
