PRESS RELEASE
 
On March 2nd, 2022, New York State Troopers arrested Kyle Perry, 28, of Dunkirk, for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree.
 
Perry was pulled over on Bruyer Road in Stockton for traffic violations and after failing several SFSTs, Perry was placed under arrest. Perry was transported to SP Fredonia where he provided a breath sample of .12. A check of Perry’s driving record revealed that his driving privileges in New York had been revoked for an alcohol related offense. Perry was then processed, issued tickets and released. Perry is scheduled to appear in the town of Stockton Court next month.
