On January 12th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Douglas Farnham, 40, of Salamanca, for Driving while Intoxicated – Leandra’s Law and Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree.
 
Farnham was pulled over on I-86 in Randolph and after failing several SFSTs, Farnham was placed under arrest. Further investigation revealed that there was a stay-away order directing Farnham to avoid all contact with a passenger in his vehicle and that another passenger in the vehicle was 14 years of age. Farnham was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a positive breath sample and was processed. Farnham was then issued tickets and released, to appear in the town of Randolph Court on a later date.
