Elizabethtown man arrested for felony DWI

PRESS RELEASE

 On February 24, 2021, at approximately 1:40 p.m., State Police arrested 32-year-old Eli W. Baker of Elizabethtown, following a traffic stop on State Route 9 in the town of Elizabethtown for speeding. Baker’s blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.12%. He was charged with Felony DWI due to a previous conviction for DWI within the preceding ten years. Baker was released with tickets to appear in the Town of Elizabethtown Court at a later date.
