PRESS RELEASE
 
On December 8, 2022, at approximately 4:56 a.m., New York State Police at Endwell responded to a report of an explosion on Cardinal Way in the town of Union.  
The troopers discovered a vehicle that had visible damage.  Two individuals were spotted in the area.
