Erratic driving leads to Drug Possession arrest

On Saturday July 4th, New York State Police were on routine patrol in the Town of Elmira and witnessed a vehicle driving erratically on Lake Road. The driver of the vehicle, Klarc House, age 28 of Elmira, told police multiple stories about where he was going and could not explain to police why the truck did not match the plate registration. House was very nervous and unable to stand steadily and when asked why by police, House stated that he had a scale and some used needles in the truck and did not want any harm to come to the officer by a dirty needle. House was arrested for Criminal possession of a controlled substance and issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Elmira Court at a later date. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Dave’s Towing.
