On December 10th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Jonathan Williams, 34, of Falconer, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Williams was pulled over on Route 60 in Jamestown and after failing several SFSTs, Williams was placed under arrest. Williams was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of a Central Nervous System stimulant. Williams was then transported to UPMC Hospital in Jamestown where a blood sample was secured. Williams was transported back to SP Jamestown where he was processed, issued tickets and released. Williams is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court on a later date.
