On July 2nd, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Samuel Williams, 25, of Falconer, for Menacing 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd Degree.
New York State Troopers and Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies responded to a residence in Falconer for a report of a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed that Williams and the victim became engaged in an argument, later escalating to Williams slapping the victim and menacing her with a pair of scissors. This incident occurred in the close proximity of a young child. Williams was arrested, processed at SP Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
