PRESS RELEASE
 
On April 22nd, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Jeremy Rogers, 20, of Falconer, for Criminal Contempt 1st Degree, Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree (two counts), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (two counts), Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, and Harassment 2nd Degree.
 
The Troopers responded to a residence in Ellington for a report of a violation of an order of protection. Investigation revealed that Rogers arrived at the residence and became involved in a domestic dispute with the victim, who was the protected party in a stay-away order against Rogers. Rogers struck and choked the victim, and damaged a vehicle that was at the property. This incident occurred in the presence of two young children, also protected parties in the stay-away order. Rogers was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown, and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
