On May 12th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Blaydon Niles, 29, of Falconer, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
The Troopers responded to Hartson Road in Kennedy for a report of a Ford F-250 truck stuck in the ditch. Upon arrival, the Troopers observed Niles attempting to remove his truck from the ditch with his four-wheeler. Niles exhibited multiple signs of drug impairment and was subsequently placed under arrest. Niles was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a urine sample but refused to be evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert. Niles was then processed, issued tickets and released. Niles is scheduled to appear in the town of Poland Court next month.
