PRESS RELEASE

On May 1st, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Blaydon Niles, 29, of Falconer, for Petit Larceny.

The Troopers patrolled to 7-11 in Randolph for a shoplifting complaint. Investigation revealed that Niles had left the store after not paying for an item and fled the scene prior to the Troopers’ arrival. Attempts to locate Niles were unsuccessful until the Troopers responded to a report of a suspicious person of which Niles was the subject. Niles was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and issued an appearance ticket. Niles is scheduled to appear in the town of Randolph Court later in the month.
