On May 7th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Blaydon Niles, 29, of Falconer, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Driving while Ability Impaired by Drugs and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree.
The Troopers responded to Hartson Road in Kennedy for a report of a vehicle in the ditch. The driver and sole occupant, Niles, exhibited multiple signs of being impaired and was subsequently placed under arrest. Inside the truck a bottle containing Vicodin pills was located. Niles was transported to SP Jamestown where he refused to be evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert and to provide a blood sample. A check of Niles’ driving record revealed that his license was currently suspended. Niles was then processed and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
