On June 2, 2020, at approximately 12 p.m. State Police responded to a report of a dispute at a residence on Sport Club Road in the town of Lisbon.
An investigation revealed that 55-year-old Leo T. Compo Jr., and his son, 31-year-old Jordan L. Compo, both of Lisbon, threatened the victim with a baseball bat then used it to smash the windows of the victim’s cars. Leo Compo also displayed his genitals in a lewd manner. All of this occurred in the presence of the victim’s two children.
Leo Compo was charged with one count of Public Lewdness (B misdemeanor) and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A misdemeanor). Jordan was charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief 3rd degree (E felony), Menacing 2nd degree (A misdemeanor), and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree (D felony). They were arraigned by the Clifton Town Court and released under the supervision of probation, to reappear in Lisbon Court at a later date.
