On January 3rd, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Philip Reichardt, 45, of Jamestown, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree and two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree.
A vehicle in which Reichardt was a passenger was pulled over for committing a traffic violation on Route 60 in Jamestown. During the traffic stop, the Troopers observed a methamphetamine pipe in plain sight on Reichardt’s lap. A search of the vehicle and its occupants revealed that Reichardt was in possession of a total of four methamphetamine pipes, a bottle containing methamphetamine, a black scale containing methamphetamine residue and several items used for the package and sale of narcotics. The driver was issued a traffic ticket and released. Reichardt was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
