Troop A Commander

On August 20th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Rindell McKay, 39, of Randolph, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated.
McKay was pulled over on Wadsworth Street for committing multiple traffic violations and after failing SFSTs, McKay was placed under arrest. McKay was transported to SP Jamestown where he refused to provide a breath sample. As McKay’s driving record revealed a DWI conviction within the preceding 10 years, the charge was upgraded to a felony. After processing, McKay was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. McKay is scheduled to appear in the Cattaraugus County Court on a later date.
