On December 13, 2019, at approximately 2:56 p.m., State Police responded to the American Legion located at 29 Pratt Street in the village of Rouses Point for a report of a property damage motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that 64-year-old Robin H. Gregory, of Champlain, operating a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, backed into an unoccupied 2019 Subaru Crosstrek in the Legion’s parking lot. Gregory was subsequently arrested for DWI.  He was found to have previously been convicted of DWI in the preceding ten years.
