Florida man arrested for DWAI-Drugs, marijuana possession after Carollton complaint

On May 13, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Ryder J. Berry, 19, of Pensacola, FL for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of Marihuana 4th Degree.

Troopers investigating an erratic operator complaint State Route 417 and US Route 219 in the town of Carollton determined Berry had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. He was also found to be in possession of over 150 grams of marijuana and over 500 grams of marijuana oil. Berry was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a Drug Recognition Expert evaluation revealed him to be impaired by drugs.

Berry was released with appearance tickets for Carollton Town Court, where he is due to appear in June.
