On September 30, 2019, State Police arrested 42-year-old Brent Spicci of Fonda, for Menacing 1st degree, an E felony.

At approximately 8:48 a.m. on Monday morning, State Police were called to a residence in the town of Mohawk for a disturbance.
 
Upon arriving, Troopers spoke with the homeowner who told police that when she refused to let Brent Spicci borrow her car, he threatened her with a baseball bat. He then used the bat to strike the side of her residence, and spray painted her door. Spicci left the scene before police arrived.
 
Spicci turned himself in at SP Fonda and was arraigned in Mohawk Town Court. He was remanded to Montgomery County Jail on $1,000 cash of $5,000 bond. He is due back in court on October 15, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
